Welcome to Bannarq Studio, a relatively young architectural practice, but made up of architects with a professional career of more than 20 years of experience accumulated.

Our mission is to understand and createrchitecture that is user-focused, personalised and tailored to every need. We believe in designing spaces that are not only functional, but also inspire and improve the lives of those who live in them.

At Estudio Bannarq, we are looking for the excellence in each project, combining creativity, functionality and sustainability to offer unique architectural solutions.

In early 2020, the architects Borja Chicharro Sánchez and Ana Isabel Rivera Schmitzdecided to give a new format to the professional collaboration as architects that they had been carrying out for many years, forming a partnership and creating Estudio Bannarq.

Estudio Bannarq is a renewed way of continuing to grow and develop architecture professionally, providing new solutions and ways of working on each commission.

As a result of this combination of forces, Estudio Bannarq has a wide-ranging experience in different fields of architecture, as its partners and multidisciplinary team have developed many projects over the years, specialising, among other fields, in the architecture of educational/teaching spaces, facilities, refurbishment, conservation and restoration of buildings and public housing/residential accommodation.

Estudio Bannarq also offers a wide range of services, such as carrying out Technical Inspections of Buildings (ITE), Building Evaluation Reports (IEE), consultancy, urban feasibility studies and modifications activity licence.
